My dad collected Hess trucks, They were stored in MY basement for almost 5 years, I am certain that Dad took them long before he passed away, along with old statues, old 33 record albums etc.. to an antique dealer here in town. Dad passed away in 1999, this past week, Mom comes along and demands to go into my basement and retrive Hess trucks, I refused as she was drunk, told to come back the next day. I looked and found only 3 or 4. Like I said I am positive that Dad took them over 4 years ago, mom says no way! Can she hold me liable for stuff that was and has been in my basement for many years? I'm 99.99% sure dad took them.
Thanks
Diane
