What is the name of your state? California

I took a picture and I was trying to sell it on merchandise at one of these online merchandise places. They contacted me and told me that I needed permission from Ford to sell the picture of my mustang on t-shirts. It's my car...and I took the picture. Shouldn't I be able to sell it?

Who told you that you needed permission? Ford, or the place who is going to make or sell the products? What did Ford say about this when you asked them?
