I'm in Arizona and got a DUI. When I show up in court, I'll be convicted guilty for sure.

Will I be put in jail on the same day that I show up at the court? Or will I have a trial afterwards?

Thanks for any advices!

From your question is it clear you don't have the faintest idea how the process works.

Plead not guilty and request an attorney.

If you were arrested, and are out now, that means you are already out on bail or out by your signature, right?

If that is the case, no, you won't be put back in before conviction, if any jail time is a result of it that is.

Bail continues while awaiting trial, unless it is revoked for some strange legal reason.
