I've paid the dues, should I be punished 8 yrs. later?!

What is the name of your state? Ohio
I am a one time felon,(my first time in trouble with the law), it was forgery, lowest class and occured in 1997.
I now have a D.U.S. on my driving record, and a trespass and resisting arrest, all of which are lowest class misdominors, from 2002...do I qualify to have my felony expunged? Please, only serious replies...thank you in advance.
