What is the name of your state?va, asked part guy what do i need for a tune-up for a 1998 ranger. plug,wire,oil,filters and a o2 senser. went to a local mac. to get the job done. to make a long story short, the guy strip my exhust mandifold,thus a 1000.00 bill to replace pipes, in restrospect did not need the o2 sensor in the first place. what are my chances of taking this guy to small claims court? he does have a place of buss. no paperwork was done on the work he did do(wires,plugs)
