What is the name of your state? Pennsylvania

I have a home that is titled in my name only. In my Will, I have given the house to my adult son with a stipulation that my girlfriend may live in the house for as long as she wants to.(This is also stipulated in my Will)

After I die, can the will be contested? Will my home have to be sold and the proceeds be probated?

If my son is married, is his wife a legal owner as well? Can my son sell the house even though my Will stipulates that my girlfriend can live there?

What if my son or his wife doesn't want my girlfriend to live there any more? How easy would it be to kick my girlfriend out?
