On what grounds is the company stating that you owe the rental fees? The trailer was not legal and safe therefore the jetski could not be transported. The company did not provide you with a legal an acceptable product to rent therefore you have no liability for the rental. Tell them to stop making waves otherwise the sharks will be after them.
