I need help! My dad died a couple years ago and the doctor he was going to completley ignored his condition. After they found out about his death, the files on him were destroyed. Two years later and the bank finally figures it out, so now my mom gets all of my dads bad credit and we have a week to get 8,000 dollars. There has to be something we can do, we never got any money when my dad died, and since the files were gone, we couldn't get anything for malpractice either. I'm trying to get through school and now my moms working two full time jobs and we just can't do it. We'll have no where to go. I need someones help....PLEASE!!!....
