What is the name of your state?undefinedWhat is the name of your state?Pennsylvania

My fathers' house is in Pennsylvania and he deeded 1/3 of it to me and my two sisters to avoid inheritance taxes when he passes away. I would like to either buy out my sisters and own the house myself or have them buy me out now and get out of the way and let them fight it out later. My question is can I force the issue either way?

**A: yes through a partition action which would also include selling the property to a third party.
