Job Application DUI

Current State: Pennsylvania
DUI State: West Virginia

I visited WVU about 6 1/2 years ago in 2004 and received a DUI at the age of 19. I'm applying for a job in PA and want to know if I really need to report the misdemeanor on my application. It asks if I've ever been convicted of a criminal offense. The DUI does not show up on my PA driving record.

Should I report it or am I ok?

Well, that really kinda depends on whether the employer is going to only search PA records or may search the records of other states as well.
