I was fired due to customer complaints that directly related to my on the job back injury that prevented me from lifting over 50 poundsper my Dr. The manager on duty notified me the same day , no warnings given to me like other emmployees , I was by myself so I asked customers to lift, I had 2 customers that did not give me time to ask for help and instead filed complaints. Ive filed with EEO and human rights commission of New York and mediation is scheduled. What kind of compenation should I ask for?
