I am from the state of Illinois.
I work for the city I live in. The mayor has harrassed me for over a year now. He has left messages on my phone which the council knows about. He has humiliated me at the city meetings. He has also came after me which I had to make a police report. I also had to call the police another time. The states attorney in my county has told me to get a lawyer. Several of the council people have told me to get a lawyer as they have tried to take him out as mayor. He is one of those people that are very slick. Our city attorney has been on his side as I think he is afraid of him. He is a very vendictive person.There is also a investigation going on about him. I'm at my wits end because I am not going to leave a job that I like and do well and the council does not want me to leave. I am going to talk to attorney Mon. as I have tapes , minutes and witnesses to back me up.
