I am a nurse in an Indiana facility. One of my patients came to me two days in a row with complaints of being verbally abused by the eve. shift nursing supervisor. I suggested that she speak with the administrator but she was scared and wanted me to go with her, so I did. She was put on notice that if this happens again or if she tried to retaliate, she would be immediately terminated. This nurse now is out to get me. She has verbally made comments that she would have my job and is constantly trying to undermind me. Because she is in supervision, she can make it miserable for me there. Do I have grounds for a suit?
