My wife has run off with anoter man. My question is should i pursue the fact that her new fling is boasting about she has called him long distance the last four months from the bank where she is the main receptionist and i know bank policy does not allow it.I am sueing on grounds of adultery!!

I know that you are angry that your wife left you, but what exactly do you think you're going to prove by calling her place of business and tattling on her? Yeah, she might get in trouble. If she gets fired you may actually feel some satisfaction, temporarily. Be a big boy and let it go. If she does it that much, they'll find out anyway.
