I live in the state of Ohio. Recently I joined a dating website and subsequently found they had enrolled me into 2 pornographic websites:eek: and charged my credit card for the additional memberships:mad:. I do not recall seeing any additional offers being made at the time of my enrollment. They claim I agreed to these offers. Do I have any recourse:confused:? Will the legal costs outweigh the unauthorized charges:confused:? Is there possible grounds for the start of a class action lawsuit:)? Is it legal for them to require a concerted effort on the consumers part to refuse the offer and failure to do so constitutes acceptance by the consumer:confused:?What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
