if my fiancee wins joint physical and legal custody of his daughter allowing him to have her every other week (one week he has her, the next the ex has her) what percent of his wages are usually paid to child support? is their an obligation amount usually (not counting medical insurance or daycare)?

The state uses both incomes to figure out the amount of child support. It depends on how much each person makes and who pays medical and child care. It may not be always the dad who ends up paying. Check to see if your state has a judiciary website they usually contain the child support guidelines and worksheets which can figure yourself.
