Hi my name is Marlien Coetzee and i really need some advice on how I'm supposed to deal with my situation. I was given soul custody for my daughter when I got divorced.

But now I want to make it joint custody. How do I do that? The reason why I dont want to give full custody to the father is because if something goes wrong while she stays with the father that I will still be able to get her back if the need arises. I would really appreciate any advise.What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

South Africa is NOT a US State. Unless something HUGE happened last night while I slept. Sorry but we can't help you. Soul custody might be best taken up with the church.
