What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? I live in Oklahoma and have a question about giving land to a relative that has two people on the deed for the property. Is there a way to give the land without the other person having a say in it? My mother is wanting to give some of the land that has her and myself on the deed to my brother so he can put a trailer on it to live in. I am totally against it and need to know if she is able to do it without my consent. The deed has her and myself on it. Any help would be appreciated thank you.

Your mother is free to give away her ownership of the property (or sell it if anybody would buy a partial ownership) and you have no say in it.

Further, she could give your brother permission to occupy the land even without giving him ownership.
