What is the name of your state? PA

A couple of months ago I posted regarding a custody case for my 2 oldest children (where I subsequently received full physical custody of my kids, with their mom getting EOW visitation). During the process it was decided that we share joint legal custody. I finally received the custody agreement paperwork this week. The paperwork doesn't address legal custody whatsoever. Is this implied or assumed? Or should I contact my attorney and see if it was accidentally forgotten or something? I just want to make sure, should some type of incident occur during her EOW visitiation that she's legally required to let me know (medical emergency, etc.). Thanks so much for your advice.
