purchased home in florida with ex-husband. morgage and title are in both names due to bank request I have documents proving sole payment on down payment, all payments, insurance, taxes, improvments, and upgrades to home. We were divorced at time of purchase. Ex-husband lived in home for first 18 mths. employed for 6 mths of that time. I have been sole payee on home since purchase. My ex refuses to sign quick claim deed unless I pay him off. What can I do?
