as a joint, non-custodial parent, what rights do I have in making decisions concerning my son's education and well being? his mother is determined to remove him from kindergarten despite the recommendation of both the teacher and the school psychologist.. I am vehemently against him being removed, as I see this very, very detrimental to his pyschological well being and totally not in his best interests both mentally and physically..how can I stop her from doing this????
