az.i purchased a home with my brother several years ago. He has since quit his job and defaulted on two payments without my knowledge ( the defaults, that is). Now, I need to get him out of the house and off the mortgage before i loose the home. he has already ruined my credit without my knowledge. however, he refuses to leave. what can i do?
