Hi I'm in CA

Just a quick question. What is the definition of Joint Legal Custody in CA? Is it automatically a 50/50 time-sharing agreement? Your responses are appreciated!

No it's not.
Many children live with one parent and visit the other on weekends due to location, shool etc. Both parents could have joint custody. It is rare that the actual custody time is 50/50 even on a joint basis.
