If a party is listed as a Joint Tenenant with rights of Supervisorship.Are they actual owners or joint owners of the Property ?

You are correct! All joint tenants with rights of survivorship are equal owners of that real estate right now. The issue of survivorship concerns the passing of title after one of the joint tenants dies.

What if the deed says one-half interest as joint tenants with the right of survivorship and not as tenants in common? Then do both parties own property 100% or 50%
