Jointly owned property after divorce

I have been divorced for 3 years. My ex-wife and I are still listed on a timeshare that she received in the settlement. I have been making the payment for the last two years due to her financial situation. She has papers to sign the timeshare over to me but is making no attempt to return them. What do I need to do to force her to make a decision or get my name off the property?
