I just read your response on the child support board, but I wanted to respond here because it's really a custody issue.

If I'm correct in my interpretation of what I read, you currently have your child at least 50% of the time, and Mom is NOT objecting to that, am I correct?

If so, consider this... wait it out for 6 months or so (from when this began, I don't know how long it's been) and then file for a modification of primary residence (leaving everything joint-custody) based on status-quo.
