Judge authorized a " cash only warrant for no-show debtor. How do activate it?
Apparently there is a form or paperwork that need to be filed by the clerk refuses to tell me what form that is for some reason. I have asked around and no one know what form she is talking about.
Some background, I sued a debtor who did not show up to court twice in a row and judge authorized a cash-only warrant in UTAH. My understanding is that she has the option of paying it or going to jail.
This may be some kind of a local Utah law that does not exist in other states, I'm not sure.
Its authorized(but not issued) a cash only warrant. So Again, its only authorized but not activated unless I file some kind of paperwork but I can't find any information on what that paperwork is exactly.
Does anyone know what this is exactly?
Thanks
