What is the name of your state (Michigan)?

I recently got a MIP for a .04 and have a completely clean record (never been pulled over even).
When the police officer was writing my ticket she stated Judge Post had recently started offering a diversion program. However, I have been looking online and have not been able to find any information to back this up. Is there any way of finding this information?

Also, with a clean record and a .04 is it possible to plead not guilty and get out of the ticket all together?

Of course there is. There is this really neat invention called a TELEPHONE. You should learn how to use it.

Of course it is. All you have to do is to plead not guilty... then, when the case is called, PROVE that you were not guilty of the charge.
Pretty simple, huh?? :D
