judgement against/ at least 5 years ago

I have a judgement against in philidelphia, relating to an reck about 8 years ago. I is now stoping me from getting a drivers lic. Which is not allowing to get new employment. what can i do?

As I see it, you have two options:
1) Pay the judgment, get a 'Satisfaction of Judgment' from the creditor and get your license, or
2) Buy new shoes.
