I have a collection which originated in WI, the person it is against moved to Massachusettes. I have been looking into selling off the judgement. I am having a problem locating many places that do this by use of the internet. Is this a "to good to be true" type thing with them buying out a judgement? Any tips on finding legit agencies that do this?

Thank you for any assistance.

There are a lot of Judgment Enforcement Specialists that would be interested in either outright purchase or a percentage recovery basis for your judgment.

In all candor, you may not be happy with the amount of money offered on an outright purchase, since due to the risks involved, most sell for relatively small amounts.

If you will email me with the details of your judgment (or fill in the questionaire on my website), I will be glad to try to put you in touch with a qualified JR in Massachusetts. (In addition to my fun here, I am also a member of several national JR organizations and moderate one of the national JR forums).
