What is the name of your state? California

I have a question I hope some of you brialliant people can help me answer.

If an attorney representing a CA takes you to court and wins a judgement from you, can they freeze or collect on a corporations bank account in which the debtor owns? Bear in mind that the debtors social security number is probably attached to that corporate account.

I know that personal bank accounts are free game, but wouldn't that law firm have to sue the corporation in order to get access to that account? Even so, it seems to me that that would be illegal, as the corporation is a seperate entity.

Thanks.

Piercing the viel is relatively easy -- especially when corps are set up by unsofisticated consumers.
