my state is MO,i was being sued from a company on an account from 1995 since jan of 2001. is there anyway to dispute a judgement against myself, from a collection company. i went to court twice and a discovery on the case was sent with the companies lawyer, he stated that he would send it to discovery and notify me. No one notified me when i called the company they informed me that i did not show up to court and they filed a judgement. i was not notified of a court date, and the last time before they filed the judgement i spoke with this attorney i told him i would be interested in settling if discovery disagreed and did not drop the case. what can i do. and they collection company says its the courts responsibility to notify me. is this so and do i have any options because i do not want this on my credit report.

I am sorry, but with the number of grammatical and punctuation errors in your post I flat cannot understand it.
Would you please go back and review the issues and put them into a logical, puncuated (with capital letters at starts of sentences, etc) manner so that we can understand the issues.

Thank you.
