Judgement Execution by shariff

Hi
I'm from South Carolina have a judgement against me that I have not payed yet. My questions 1. What are non-exempt items and2. Can they seize a car that is not paid off and in my name but ford credit has the title still Owe 15k.

You need to read the applicable South Carolina statutes, particularly Article 3 and "SECTION 15-19-360. Satisfying judgment for plaintiff; proceedings after six months or when automobile has been attached".
