What is the name of your state? South Carolina

I was summoned this morning for a judgement case. It is due to a deliquent bank loan. My husband now own's his own business, and I do not work (I stay at home with our child). We are starting to get in a better financial situtation. Here are my questions:

1. Can they do anything to harm his business? (business is in his name only)

2. Can they take money from the business account?

3. We have two vehicles that are not yet paid for, can they take them?

Is this a summons for court (show cause) or has a judgment already been made?

Who's name(s) are/were on the loan?

If only your name is on the loan, was this prior to your marriage?
