What is the name of your state? Minnesota.

I just took a former employer to conciliation court over unpaid wages and commissions, but now I have more questions.

Assuming I win the judgement, how do I collect, as the company was a 'dba - doing business as' under an Inc. that is still legally alive in the state of MN, as the judge confirmed, though both owners are now employed elsewhere? Can the judgement be enforced against the two owners?

Also, more commissions are now due to me, but it sounds like if you file an appeal and appear in district court you're highly encouraged to have an attorney. Do I simply amend the amount of the judgement?

Please advise!
