I received a judgement against Abbott laboraroties in small claims court. They appealed, the appeal was striken, and the judgement was certified by the court. I mailed a demand letter to Abbott along with the certified judgement. How long do they legally have to pay the claim?
Thanks.

They don't HAVE to pay the claim EVER!
It is up to you to enforce the judgment against them. Some are relatively easy.... some are very hard.
