What is the name of your state? Florida
I won a judgment for $1100 dollars. The initial judge told me I could collect lawyers fees. He left and the new judge denied me these fees. I had already paid over $350 to an attorney. Can I appeal? They have not paid. How do I do a writ of garnishment and/or a lein on property (she owns equipment in a beauty salon, no car, no home) Can I do this myself or do I need an attorney? I can't find an attorney willing to do this small case. It will cost me over another $400. if I can find an attorney to refile the writ of garnishment. (my first lawyer did this but the account showed no balance-she owns a business and I know she has an account) How can I get that reimbursed? Thanks
