What is the name of your state? Florida.
I filed Bankruptcy(Ch 7) and received a full discharge. The Trustee paid all my creditors incuding a $6,000 judgement but did not receive a Satisfaction of Judgement. I contacted the attorney representing the judgement and asked for a satisfaction. He refused to give me one unless I pay him an additional $900 dollars. Can he do that? Is he obligated to give me one? Can I sue the trustee for not acquiring the satisfaction?
