I have a civil judgement in tx against me. ( old credit card, divorce) On March 13 it will be 10 years old since recorded. 5 days ago I received an amended application for a writ for garnishment of bank account. The write lists a bank that I don't have an account with..... As far as I know this is first attempt to collect.... Does this extend or renew the judgement? Or do they need to do something else to renew?.... Can they renew after the 13th? After 10 year mark? Should I just lay low?
