What is the statue of limitations on Judgements in
1984. If the statue of limitations has changed does all previous judgement revert to the new law?
If you are never aware of a judgement and theirfore
could not appear in court, can the judgement be contested

My response:

Like most States, the Floridian Statute of Limitations on Judgements is 20 years, and it has been so for decades. The time for contesting a judgment is 6 months from when you "reasonably" should have known that a judgment existed against you.
