I live in Texas, if a judgement has been awarded, if the person that sued claims this money as a loss, is the debtor still responsible to pay? WE FILED BANKRUPTCY A YEAR AGO, AND NOW ARE BEING AND HAVE BEEN SUED 3 TIMES WITH JUDGEMENTS RENDERED. CAN YOU HELP?

I assume when you say the debtor is declaring a loss he has stated he is writing off the debt. This is an accounting/tax entry for him. It does not absolve you of the debt.

The timing of the bankruptcy, was this debt discharged etc. will also effect whether you still are obligated.
