Prince William Cty, Virginia--At Equiquitable Distribution date(a month ago)--judge made an error in calculations--which he aknowledged 2day in court--Now have to return 2 weeks from 2day--I was informed that 2day would be it--could get the final ruling, divorce decree ect., why do I have to wait due to his error--what can I do--can I write a letter, complain, he is showing major bias towards the future ex-wife--i realize equitable is not equal, but...don't have money for an appeal and all the judges stick together anyway but--all I want is it to be over--ruling was for separate and apart and it is now 15 months later and i am still not free--come on you guys--give me something i can work with--Please--plus I have to pay 7k of her attorneys fees--will writing a Factual letter to this judge help or hinder this circus...

Yes, you do have to wait. Be grateful judge caught calculation error so soon and will rectify it. Family Court judges have great latitude. If you are JC himself come down off the cross you are unlikely to overturn FC judge's ruling. Pay the $7k and get on with your life. Equitable and fair are not synonyms.
