Judgment Against Property Owners & Agent

we sued the property owners and agent of the townhome we are leasing and won a judgement. however, the judge did not void the lease and asked us to remain at the property since repairs had now been made. the agent has paid his half of the judgement but the property owners have not. they have stopped responding ot all our emails and disconnected thier phone. can we take this money out of our next rent check? is the lease still valid if the owners owe the tenat a judgment and refuse to pay?

No you can't. You can however attach their bank account, put a lien on the townhouse, go after their taxes, and many other ways to collect.

do i have to hire a company to execute against them for me??? its under $500 so i am wondering if it is worth it.
