What is the name of your state? Illinois

Should information on Judgment listings reflect payments that have been made on the account? My sister has a wage garnishment and payments are being made every 2 weeks to a lawyer.

Capital One's listing is reflecting the payments, BUT her judgment for Capital One is not...........

If so, who should we dispute this with?

ALSO:

Isn't this considered "illegal aging":

Her current credit report shows this for "status details";

Account History:

Charge Off as of Jul 2005, Jun 2005, May 2005, Apr 2005, Jan 2005, Mar 2004 to Dec 2004, Dec 2003
150 days as of Nov 2003
120 days as of Oct 2003
90 days as of Sep 2003
60 days as of Aug 2003
30 days as of Jul 2003, Nov 2002

AND her December of 2003 credit report shows:

Charge Off as of Nov 2003,

180 days as of Oct 2003
150 days as of Sept2003
120 days as of Aug 2003
90 days as of July 2003
60 days as of June 2003
30 days as of May 2003, Sept 2002

If they keep changing those dates, it will never come off her report !

TIA.................for everyone's help from both of us!

Chill out, this is a message board, not an instant answering service. The folks that answer questions on these boards have jobs and other things to do with their lives, we don't sit and wait to answer questions. It may take a day to two to get an answer, give someone a chance.
