I have a judgment lien recorded against non-homesteaded property owned by 3 parties, (a dissolved corporation and two individuals), recently i discovered the corporation, which is synonomous with one of the individuals quitclaimed their interest in the property to the two individuals, does this mean i lose my lien, what recourse do i have, or do i just wait them out?
