What is the name of your state? Oregon

I own a judgment lien and the debtor is contemplating bankruptcy.

Will my lien be treated as a secured debt? Can he eliminate the lien, leaving me blowing in the wind? Thanks.

What was the debt for ? If the debt was unsecured, the debt can be discharged in the bankruptcy and the lien then removed and you'll be out of luck.
