I would like some Info. on judgment of non pros, when an appeal is entered and a complaint is not filed within 20 days is a judgment of non pros entered automatically or does it have to be asked for.What happens if the complaint is filed over 30 days late.

Since you obviously can't read the instructions at the top of the page (in red... WHERE ARE YOU???), you will not get a detailed answer here.

Contact your local court and ask them how you affirm the judgment that was issued for 'non prosecution'.
