What is the name of your state? new jersey
I am being sued by credit card lawyer who is going for a judgment. Should I fight this now, and oppose judgment, or do nothing now, and try to vacate judgment later.
I will be filing BK just as soon as I find a lawyer, and that would stop all legal actions anyhow.
Thanks for responses.

If you let them with the judgment by default, you can still have the debt that caused the judgment discharged, but its going to cost you a bit more to then have the judgment vacated later. See if you can have the court date rescheduled, might give you time to file bankruptcy before the court date then.
