I reside in Texas, and have been reading those multi-page websites about judgment recovery being the end-all to a part-time, home business. What is your take on the realities of one actually doing this business? I have heard Texas makes it harder than most states to do this business here. Any truth to that?
Thanks for any tips/insights on getting started in the recovery business.

Q: What is your take on the realities of one actually doing this business?

A: If it was so easy and made so much money, then why is it being advertised on television? There are no free rides.

Q: I have heard Texas makes it harder than most states to do this business here. Any truth to that?

A: Yes.

Well, clearly this isn't a serious forum. I actually thought I might get some useful tips. Apparently, hassling the new guy and making fun of someone who is actually trying to do something productive with his time is all anyone has time for!

SEEYA!!!
