Is it true that there are a large number of small claims judgments that never get paid out? If so, is there a service that will go after the money for the person who is awarded it by the court?

Do not know about NJ, however have heard that you can use a collection agency or a Fi Fa to seize assets.

Just my two cents worth......... check out your local court system.

And yes, 80% of judgments go uncollected every year and there are time limits on judgments!
